Conscious Connected Breathing: Workshops with Claire Tompkins

Conscious Breathing is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy which has been demonstrated to have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way. 

Claire will take you on a powerful journey with your breath. You will learn and experience the deep healing benefits of this technique and practice this cutting edge self-healing breathwork. This can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, have a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body. This can dramatically shift the way you feel in your body and bring higher states of awareness.

Each session will include:

  • Introduction to Breathwork
  • Instruction on the technique
  • Guided breath session

There is no pre booking for the workshops so best to arrive early to avoid disappointment. The venue is between Office and Skechers, Churchill Square, Brighton
